Drawboard PDF allows you to create, insert and store multiple signatures in the app, for fast and easy signing. Basic plan users can store up to 2 signatures in their signature bank. All Pro plan users can store unlimited signatures.
Create a signature
Draw your signature
- Select the signature tool
- Using your mouse, finger or pen click and select where you would like to place the signature
- Press the new signature button
- Select Draw your signature
- Draw your signature in the box provided
- Enter your signature title
- Press Save
Use a Font to sign
- Select the signature tool
- Using your mouse, finger or pen click and select where you would like to place the signature
- Press the new signature button
- Select Use a font to sign
- Enter your signature name or initials and select your font
- Enter your signature title
- Press Save
You can create any number of signatures that you like for fast access
Insert a signature
- Select the signature tool
- Select one of your stored signatures that you have created
- Using your mouse, finger or pen click and drag a box on the document, where you would like to place the signature
- Click insert
The signature will now appear on the document. You will be able to use the selection tool to select the signature, and once it has been selected it can be moved, resized as well as have its color changed
Flatten a signature
- Select the signature on your document
- Press Flatten and then select Yes
Manage Signatures
- Select the signature tool
- Click on the document
- When the signature window appears you will be able to select your signatures
- When you select a signature you will be able to delete it
