Track your markups easily and efficiently by adding subjects to your tools.
In the Drawboard PDF Windows app, users can add subjects to their tools and then group and sort their annotation data by subject from the Advanced Annotation history (available to all Pro Plus and Pro Unlimited users).
The ability to add a Tool subject to a tool is designed to help users categorize and differentiate their tools and associated markups. Users can correlate tools to particular document elements, materials, project stages and more.

Utilizing Tool subjects to conduct quantity takeoffs in Drawboard PDF
Adding subjects to tools can help users determine material counts as well as combined length or area measurements in the documents.
Let's say you would like to check the area of carpeting required for a project based on a floor plan you're viewing in Drawboard PDF. By adding the tool subject 'carpeting' to your preferred area measurement tool, you can then measure areas on your floor plan and then see the combined total from the Advanced Annotation History.
