1. Page could not be added to the cloud document
One of the main reasons this could happen is that the edited document has reached the file size limit for cloud documents. Adding a page increases the document's size, and once it hits the limit, the app will prevent you from adding more pages. Here are a few workarounds you may want to consider:
- You may want to upgrade your current subscription plan. For more information on the plans and pricing, please see here.
- You can try exporting the cloud document and re-uploading it. This may reduce the file size, as we fragment resources during the upload process.
- If the second option didn't work, you may need to compress the document first before re-uploading it. You can use the "Advanced Save As" feature with the "Compress File" option in our windows app.
The compression feature is only available on windows.
