When selecting an annotation or text within a PDF there are actions, options and information that can help you achieve more with your annotations.
Launching the selection menu
- Select the 'Pan' or 'Select' tool from the tool menu
- Select one of the annotations on the page
- You will now see a menu appear underneath the annotation you have selected
From here you will be able to do the following (if it applies to that type of annotation):
- Edit the annotation
- Duplicate it
- Add a note
- Flatten
- Delete
