From the pages panel in the Windows app, you can easily select individual or multiple pages and perform a range of actions to reorganize your documents. You can select and extract pages, delete pages, copy pages and paste them within and between your documents and more.

How to select multiple pages from the pages panel

In the Windows app

To select multiple pages:

1. Tap Select at the bottom of the pages panel
2. Tap to select pages. a green tick will appear on pages that are selected

Or hold CTRL on your keyboard and tap or click the pages you would like to select.

To select all pages

1. Tap the dropdown next to Select.
2. Tap select all

To select a range of pages

1. Tap the dropdown next to Select.
2. Tap Range select
3. Tap the first page in your range
4. Tap the last page in your range

All pages within that range will be selected.

To invert your page selection:

1. Tap the dropdown next to Select.
2. Tap Invert mode

Page selection will be inverted. All selected pages will be de-selected and pages that were not selected will now be selected.

How to extract pages from the pages panel

In the Windows app

1. Select the pages you would like to extract
2. Tap extract pages
3. Tap build

Your extracted pages will open up in a new document. You can also extract pages from the Doc builder workspace.

How to duplicate pages in the pages panel

1. Select the page/s you would like to duplicate. 
2. Do one of the following
   • Tap Copy at the top of the pages panel or
   • Right-click and tap Copy selected pages or
   • Tap the 3 dots next to the page you would to copy and tap Copy selected pages
     (if you would like to only duplicate one page, tap Copy page)
3. Right click in the pages panel where you would like your duplicated pages to appear or tap the 3 dots next to the page after which you would like your duplicated pages to appear.
4. Tap Paste here

How to copy and paste pages from one document to another from the pages panel

In the Windows app

1. Select the page/s you would like to copy. 
2. Do one of the following:
   • Tap Copy at the top of the pages panel or
   • Right-click and tap Copy selected pages or
   • Tap the 3 dots next to the page you would to copy and tap Copy selected pages
     (if you would like to only duplicate one page, tap Copy page)
3. Navigate to the document that you would like to paste the pages into
4. Right click in the pages panel where you would like your duplicated pages to appear or tap the 3 dots next to the page after which you would like your duplicated pages to appear.
5. Tap Paste here

How to batch delete pages from the pages panel

In the Windows app

1. Select the pages you would like to delete. 
2. Tap Delete 
3. Tap Yes

Easily enlarge and retract your pages panel by holding and dragging the edge of the pages panel to the left and the right.

Customize the view of your page thumbnails into 1 or more columns by holding and dragging the columns slider at the bottom of the pages panel.
