How to bring an overlapped annotation or object forward
Make sure you have the Select Tool selected and then…
Select the annotation or object that you would like to bring forward and then use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl +]
OR
- Right click the annotation or object that you would like to bring forward (if you are using your finger or stylus, tap and hold until the menu appears)
- Tap or hover over Arrange until the secondary menu appear
- Tap bring forward
Your object will move in front of the object that is on top of it.
How to send an annotation or object backwards
Make sure you have the Select Tool selected and then…
Select the annotation or object that you would like to send backwards and then use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl +[
OR
- Right click the annotation or object that you would like to send backwards (if you are using your finger or stylus, tap and hold until the menu appears)
- Tap or hover over Arrange until the secondary menu appear
- Tap Send Backward
Your object will move in front of the object that is on top of it.

Your object will be sent to the back of your overlapping annotations
