Drawboard Projects is a powerful platform that supports many elements of the design review workflow.
Some quick tips to getting the most power out of Projects are:
- Handwriting is most natural when using an Apple Pencil or Surface Pen in the Windows or iOS apps
- The web app is the app to use for most less frequently performed activities (like creating projects and uploading drawings)
- Taking calibrated measurements straight off drawings is easy in Projects
- You can start off reviewing a drawing in private using your personal layer or creating a new private layer - once you've decided what scribbling and markup you want to share with the rest of the team, publish only the markup you want to a public layer
- Projects doesn't only support PDFs. You can upload drawings in a range of image formats and begin collaboratively marking them up with your project team
- Learn the keyboard shortcuts in the web app to complete your work even faster
- Mark up drawings while onsite with no network connection by downloading drawings to the iOS or Windows apps
