Your Drawboard Projects account can be accessed using our web, iOS and Windows apps, with all data synchronized and available between apps. The native Windows and iOS apps can be downloaded at no charge from their respective stores and use all the power of native inking on the device to deliver a smooth, fast and great feeling inking experience. The web app provides wide accessibility of core features, full markup capabilities and administration tools.

Internal Drawing Reviews
The digital equivalent of a paper drawing review. Enable teams in the same sites or teams spread across multiple sites to co-ordinate reviews much more easily.

External Drawing Reviews

Powerful canvas
The canvas is the core of many design reviews (and the core of Projects), it is where you can review drawings, plans and documents, and mark up needed changes.
A great selection of tools including pen, line and arrow, shapes, text, callouts, stamps, images, linear & area measurements, eraser, make it easy to mark up drawings however you want. All tools can easily be accessed and your most-used saved into a favorites bar for even quicker access. You can also capture and log everything that is done in the activity feed.
Start your markup on a private layer so you can scribble and think before publishing markup you really want to share onto a shared public layer, and easily compare and verify changes by filtering specific people’s markup on the canvas and overlaying different drawings and revisions.
Keep things connected
Keep related conversations and discussions linked to drawings and issues right on the drawing so that everyone can see the context behind the decisions that were made. You can also @mentioning people to notify them, and never have to go looking for anything again - now and in the future.

Store whole projects as projects, with all drawings, documents, issues and discussions contained in one place.
Integrations
Drawboard Projects connects to your existing platforms to improve your design workflow.
Using our Aconex, Procore, OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox integrations, you can quickly load sheets into Projects and make them available for collaborative review or approval. You can also sync marked up drawings back into Aconex or Procore after reviews are complete.
Our Microsoft Teams integration lets you add a Drawboard Projects tab into relevant Microsoft Teams channels, to enable drawing reviews to happen right within the Teams UI.
And with our Revit add-in, there’s no longer a need to print sheets, upload PDFs onto shared drives, worry about version control, send out file attachments, or wonder how you’ll track and collate all the feedback you receive.
