As part of our Subscriber toolset, we have included a tool that gives you greater control and choice over the colors you can use in your annotations.
Opening the Color Picker
- Select an annotation from the toolbar/menu
- Click the color option
- This will bring up a palette of color options
- Click the eyedropper symbol in the top right corner
- This will bring up the color picker options
Color gradient
This tool allows you to choose a color from a gradient of colors.
- Open the color picker
- This will bring up the color gradient
- Slide the slider to the color range you are wanting
- Drag the selector around the gradient until you land on the color you want
- Click outside of the color picker window to finalise your selection
Inputting a color code
This tool allows you to input a color code for any color you can find.
- Open the color picker
- Navigate to the bottom right corner
- Enter the color code for the specific color you would like
- Press enter to finalize your choice
Eyedropper
This tool allows you to choose a color from the document and assign it to your annotations.
- Open the color picker
- Click on the eyedropper tool in the bottom left corner
- This will close the color picker and direct you to the document
- Move the selector around the page until you find the color you are happy with
- Click to select the color.
- Click off the color picker to finalize the selection
