Whether you are studying your textbooks, making notes or reviewing a document, there is always a need to have all of those reviews and notes in one place!
This is where the Export Text Reviews tool comes in. This tool gathers all of the following annotations that are present on the document:
- Text Review annoations
- Textbox annotations
- Callout annotations
- Highlighter pen annotations
- Note annotations
Once these have been collated you will be able to choose which annotations you would like to export. You can then export these to a CSV file or a TXT file.
Using the Export Text Reviews Tool
- Navigate to the left-hand menu
- Click the Document options menu (three dots)
- Click the Export Text Reviews option
- Select the text review annotations you would like to export
- Click save as CSV or save as TXT.
