All Drawboard PDF users can sync their Drawboard PDF account with SharePoint. This integration enables users to
- Open files from SharePoint in Drawboard PDF
- Make changes to documents and then have all updates synced back to SharePoint automatically
- Collaborate on shared SharePoint files using Drawboard PDF's markup tools
When you open a document in Drawboard PDF from SharePoint, all changes you make on the document will automatically be synced back to SharePoint.
To open a file from SharePoint in Drawboard PDF, ensure that you are logged in to your Drawboard PDF account. Then, from the dashboard of the web or Windows app::
- Tap the plus icon to open a new file
- Under External cloud storage, tap SharePoint
- If you haven't yet connected your account, select Connect SharePoint account, follow the Microsoft prompts and then (if using the web app) tap your account email under SharePoint
- Select the file that you would like to open. If using the Windows app, tap Open on the browser prompt to re-open Drawboard PDF
You can now mark up and edit your document and all changes will sync to SharePoint in near real-time.
To switch off auto-sync tap the toggle in the top menu of the canvas.
