You might have received a coupon code from our team to activate your subscription via the web app. Follow the following steps to redeem your code
Note: You can only activate the coupon code via our web app.
Applying the coupon code
- Head over to our web app via pdf.drawboard.com/subscription
- You may need to log in to your existing account/create a new account, you will know if the buttons say "Try for free"
- Click Upgrade on the plans that you are interested in. Find out more about plans here.
- You will then be redirected to a page as shown in the image below:
Please note: we have partnered with Chargebee to process our web app checkouts
- Click Apply Coupon
- Once applied, Proceed to Checkout
- You will then receive your subscription on your account.
