Drawboard PDF currently runs on 2 different platforms: Windows app & Web app. Both platforms have different ways to purchase the subscriptions. Therefore, you can only manage subscription using the same way when you first purchase the subscription

💡 When you purchase a subscription from our Web app, it will redirect you to ChargeBee. Once purchased, you can only manage your subscription from the Web app which will redirect you to ChargeBee. The same thing happens for when you purchase a subscription from the Microsoft store.
How to purchase a subscription?
When purchasing a subscription for the first time, you will get a free 1-week trial on your account. Therefore, your active subscription will start on the date after your trial has ended and that your payment will only be deducted after that 1-week trial.
Steps:
- Go to your Settings > Manage Subscription
- You will be taken to Subscription page
- Select the tier that you would like
- Select the payment frequency: Yearly or monthly
- Click Upgrade
- You will be taken to the Subscription page
- Continue on the payment process
- Click Exit
- At the moment, you will be redirected to an error page(we are currently fixing it). You can re-enter pdf.drawboard.com on your browser
- You should get your subscription immediately on your account
How to upgrade/downgrade a subscription?
Our subscription upgrade will be reflected on the Webapp for about 1-2 hours after the purchase has been made. You may want to logout and log back in for the subscription to come through to your account.
Steps:
- Go to your Settings > Manage Subscription
- You will be taken to Subscription page
- In the top right corner, click on the Manage plan button
- You will be taken to the Subscription page
- Click on the subscription plan that says Drawboard PDF Plan name - Monthly or Yearly Billing
- Click Edit Subscription
- Click Change
- Click the drop down button
- Click on the new subscription
- Click Update
- Click Update Subscription
- Go back to the Subscription Details
- Click Exit
- You will be moved to an error page(we are currently fixing it). You can re-enter pdf.drawboard.com on your browser
- Your subscription should get updated on the Webapp after several hours
How to cancel a subscription?
Cancelling a subscription doesn't happen immediately. It will be reflected on your WebApp at the end of the subscription period. Before that happens, you still have access to your previous subscription.
Steps:
- Go to your Settings > Manage Subscription
- You will be taken to Subscription page
- In the top right corner, click on the Manage plan button
- You will be redirected to a Subscription page
- Click on the subscription plan that says Drawboard PDF Plan name - Monthly or Yearly Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Click Confirm Cancellation
- Go back to the Subscription Details
- Click Exit
- You will be moved to an error page(we are currently fixing it). You can re-enter pdf.drawboard.com on your browser
- Your cancellation should get applied on your account at the end of the subscription period
What happens if your subscription doesn't get updated?
If you are still not getting the subscription after several hours, Please follow these steps:
Do a hard refresh:
- Use CTRL + SHIFT + R for Windows or CMD + SHIFT + R for Mac
Do an app refresh:
- Right-click on the Webapp > Click Inspect
- You will see different tabs. Click the Console tab on one of the tabs
- Write this code in the Console
_resetApp()
- Click enter
- It will reset the whole WebApp
