From time to time, Drawboard Support may ask for your logs to try and solve problems.
Logs are very useful when you are experiencing all kinds of issues in your Web app as it provides us with more information about the state of the app.
1. Open the Drawboard web app
2. Right click anywhere on the web app
3. Click Inspect
4. Open the console tab
5. Reproduce the issue
6. Take a screenshot of the console tab
7. Send that screenshot to us: email@example.com
