We're currently upgrading your cloud documents to enable page manipulation. Once the upgrade is complete, you will be able to perform the following actions on your cloud documents:
- Insert new pages
- Copy & paste pages
- Duplicate pages
- Delete pages
- Move pages
- Rotate pages
So, until the upgrade is complete, the document cannot be viewed/edited. If this page persist for a long time, could you please do the following troubleshooting steps?
- Close and reopen the cloud document.
- Try accessing the cloud document through our web app at pdf.drawboard.com.
- If the above steps doesn't work, could you send us the share link or the URL to the cloud document? You can submit the link to our support team by submitting a ticket here.
