In some cases, the app may get stuck in a freeze loop if a problematic document is open in the canvas, as the app tries to load the canvas every time it is launched. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
- Open file explorer
- Copy and paste the following path into the address bar:
%localappdata%\Packages\DRAWBOARD.DRAWBOARDPDF_gqbn7fs4pywxm\LocalState
or
%localappdata%\Packages\DRAWBOARD.DRAWBOARDPDF_az88965nfbvjc\LocalState - You will find a v2 folder. Please send this folder over to the support team, as it will assist them in investigating the issue.
- Double click on the v2 folder to enter the folder
- Delete the file named activedocuments.json.
- Reopen the application
This action will remove the files currently opened in the canvas without having to launch the app.
