Available on: Windows only

If you’ve got a new device and want to transfer your favourites toolbar from your current one, please follow the steps below:

1. Open your file explorer
2. In the address bar, paste the following path:

   C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\DRAWBOARD.DRAWBOARDPDF_az88965nfbvjc\RoamingState\v2

   Note: Replace USERNAME with your actual Windows username.
3. Locate the file named FavouritesTools.json.
   
   
4. Copy this file
5. Install the Drawboard PDF app in your new device
6. Open your file file explorer and go to the same path as in Step 2
7. Paste the FavouritesTools.json file into this folder, replacing the existing file if there is one
8. Restart the Drawboard PDF app
9. Your favourites toolbar should now appear on your new device
