In some cases, the app may get stuck in a freeze loop if a problematic document is open in the canvas, as the app tries to load the canvas every time it is launched. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Open file explorer
2. Copy and paste the following path into the address bar:
   %localappdata%\Packages\DRAWBOARD.DRAWBOARDPDF_gqbn7fs4pywxm\LocalState
   or
   %localappdata%\Packages\DRAWBOARD.DRAWBOARDPDF_az88965nfbvjc\LocalState
3. You will find a v2 folder. Please send this folder over to the support team, as it will assist them in investigating the issue.
4. Double click on the v2 folder to enter the folder
5. Delete the file named activedocuments.json.
6. Reopen the application

This action will remove the files currently opened in the canvas without having to launch the app.
