If you are a commercial user, you will be given access to our admin portal that allows you to view and manage your licenses.
You can access the admin portal here with your admin account: admin.drawboard.com
Note: Our team needs to complete initial setup on behalf of your company/organization prior to login.
Admin portal snapshot as a Commercial User
1. Details
The Details menu includes the following:
• Organization Name (Your Company Name)
• Application Name (The Drawboard application you are utilizing)
• Primary Contact (The primary contact within your company regarding the Drawboard application)
2. Users
In the Users section, the admin has the ability to add members to the organization.
There are 2 ways to add users to an organization:
- Add
The Add button is used for when the admin wanted to invite members individually. If the member doesn't have a drawboard account, they can still be added to the organization but they will be prompted to create an account when accepting the invitation.
- Import
The import button is useful if the admin would like to add multiple members to the organization at once.
There are two roles:
• Admin (a user who can login and manage licenses via the admin portal)
• Member (a user who will be assigned a license)
Note: Admins can add and manage as many users as they would like in the Users section (a member can be in the 'Users' list without a license). Licenses can be applied to users via the Members section (see next step)
2. Members
In the Members section, the admin has the ability to assign licenses to, and remove licenses from, users within the organization.
Please note: You can only invite the number of members equal to the amount of licenses you have. E.g. If you have 5 licenses, you can only invite 5 members.
There are 2 ways to assign a license to a user:
- Invite
The Invite button can be used when the admin wants to assign a license to a user individually.
- Import
The import button is useful if the admin would like to assign licenses to multiple members of the organization at once.
To remove a license from a particular user, tap the red remove icon to the right of the user.
Note: A user must be added to the 'Users' list prior to being assigned a license. Additionally, a member can be in the 'Users' list without a license (e.g. for an administrator who will not be using Drawboard PDF)
3. Plan
In the Plan section, admin can add additional license to their plan if they use credit card as their payment method. If you are paying via bank transfer, contact our sales team (sales@drawboard.com) to increase the seats in your license plan.
Furthermore, you can also cancel your team plan here which will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle.
4. Utilities
The Utilities section allows you to import any 1-page files you want and distribute them as templates to all the members in your organization. You can add multiple documents here and distribute them all at once. Once distributed, all members can then login to their app and they will see the template in the blank page creation modal.
Please note: Only 1-page documents can be distributed as templates. The system will only take the 1st page of each document as a template.
