If you are a commercial user, you will be given access to our admin portal that allows you to view and manage your licenses.

Details
The Details menu includes the following:
• Organization Name (Your Company Name)
• Application Name (The Drawboard application you are utilizing)
• Primary Contact (The primary contact within your company regarding the Drawboard application)
Members
There are 3 actions you can do in this member section (depending on your role): Assign user's role, Assign/Remove license, Remove account from organization.
We offer multiple roles in an organization: Account Owner, Admin, Member. By default, the first person in the organization is given the role of an Account Owner, but Organizations can have multiple Account Owners and Admins.

Invites
In the Invites section, the Account Owner or Admin has the ability to invites any users (Existing/non Drawboard account) to the organization. Any users who have been invited but haven't accepted the invites yet will take up a seat in the plane. When a user has accepted the invitation, that user will move from the Invites Section to the Members Section.
There are 2 ways to add users to an organization:
1. Invite
The Add button is used for when the admin wanted to invite members individually. If the member doesn't have a drawboard account, they can still be added to the organization but they will be prompted to create an account when accepting the invitation.
2. Import
The import button is useful if the admin would like to add multiple members to the organization at once. To do a bulk import, please follow the steps below:
- Download the template
- List down all the emails with the roles (Any empty roles will be added as members)
- Once completed, import back to the admin portal
- Click Import
Enterprise key pools
The 'Enterprise Key Pools' list is utilized by customers who are activating and assigning licenses to a specific device using a license key.
This list shows applicable license key pools to your organization. Additionally, it includes the following details relating to the license pool.
- Seat (License) Count
- Available Seats (Licenses)
- Expiry
Plan
In the Plan section, admin can add additional license to their plan if they use credit card as their payment method. If you are paying via bank transfer, contact our sales team (sales@drawboard.com) to increase the seats in your license plan.
Furthermore, you can also cancel your team plan here which will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle.
Utilities
The Utilities section allows you to import any 1-page files you want and distribute them as templates to all the members in your organization. You can add multiple documents here and distribute them all at once. Once distributed, all members can then login to their app and they will see the template in the blank page creation modal.
Please note: Only 1-page documents can be distributed as templates. The system will only take the 1st page of each document as a template.
