If you are a commercial user, you will be given access to our admin portal that allows you to view and manage your licenses.

Note: Our team needs to complete initial setup on behalf of your company/organization prior to login.
Admin portal snapshot as a Commercial User
The Details menu includes the following:
• Organization Name (Your Company Name)
• Application Name (The Drawboard application you are utilizing)
• Primary Contact (The primary contact within your company regarding the Drawboard application)
In this Members section, the admin has the ability to invite more members into the organization and assign a license. All invited members are automatically assigned a license once they have accepted the invite. There are 2 ways to invite a member:
Please note: You can only add members equal to the amount of license you have. E.g. If you have 5 licenses, you can only add 5 members.
The invite button is used for when the admin wanted to invite members individually. If the member doesn't have a drawboard account, they can still be added to the organization but they will be prompted to create an account when accepting the license invitation.
The import button is useful if the admin would like to add multiple members to the organization at once.
In the Plan section, admin can add additional license to their plan if they use credit card as their payment method. If you are paying via bank transfer, you would need to contact one of our sales team (email@example.com) to increase the seats for your license plan.
Furthermore, you can also cancel your team plan here which will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle.
The Utilities section allows you to import any files you want and distribute them as templates to all the members in your organization. You can add multiple documents here and distribute them all at once. Once distributed, all members can then login to their app and they will see the template in the blank page creation modal.
Please note: The system will only take the 1st page of each document as a template.
