Overview

Often times architects and engineers end up with many different contractor-provided logins for various construction management software. The ability to log out from our Aconex, and Procore integrations and switch user accounts helps streamline this process as much as possible.

How to log out

Within a particular project that you have used an integration on, navigate to the Drawings page and select Upload Drawings on the top right of the page. Then select the appropriate integration at the bottom of the popup - in this case we will use Aconex as an example.

Once you are on the integration page, click your username in the top right of the page, and choose the Log out of account option.

Logging out of 3rd party integration account

Depending on the 3rd party integration, sometimes the log out process does not log your current username out of the actual 3rd party web application (i.e. Aconex). In this example, you would need to also navigate to Aconex to log out and log back in with the new Aconex account username you want to use. Then go back to Drawboard Projects and log in to the integration with your new Aconex username.
