How to Get, Download, and Access the 2020 version of Drawboard PDF
To access this version, please send an email to legacy@drawboard.com with the following information:

Forward your Microsoft receipt
Attach a copy of your Microsoft receipt to verify that you made the one-time $10 payment for the legacy version. -
Email Address on the Microsoft receipt
Ensure your Microsoft receipt includes an email address. This helps us verify your identity. -
Microsoft Store Email (if applicable)
If the email on the receipt differs from your Microsoft Store email address, please provide your Microsoft Store email address in the email.
Once we’ve received and verified your details, our team will provide you with a link to download the 2020 version of Drawboard PDF.
How to Access your Legacy License for the latest version of Drawboard PDF
With the legacy license, you’ll have certain features unlocked that will align with features that were available to what were previously available under the $10 scheme. Note: these features will be more enhanced and improved since the $10 scheme, so they will look different than when they were first released.
To obtain your legacy license, please send an email to legacy@drawboard.com with the following details:
