Incident 1:
Both Drawboard Projects and Drawboard PDF were unavailable to customers between ~9:00am AEST and 1:00pm AEST on 19 July 2024.
Impact:
Current Status:
Our engineering team monitored the situation and when our infrastructure was available began a range of checks to ensure that both Drawboard Projects and Drawboard PDF were functioning normally. Both products should now be back to normal operation and users should have full access to their files and markup. File uploads and any markup that was underway at the time when the Azure outage commenced are likely unrecoverable, and we apologize for this.
What’s Affected:
- No access to any files and any annotation
In addition to the above, we are investigating options to provide greater service resilience in the future, and will undertake measures to limit our exposure to outages like this in the future.
