Live Cursor enhances real-time collaboration by displaying team members' cursors as they navigate and annotate within a shared workspace. It provides instant visual feedback and reduces confusion making collaborating online seamless and interactive.

The Member List provides an overview of all team members who have access to the shared document and who is active in the document. See members who are online and follow their cursor enhancing collaboration by offering visibility into team presence, ensuring everyone stays aligned and engaged for a more organized and efficient workflow.

Managing collaborators and invitations
Document owners have the ability to manage access and permissions. Members can be designated as Readers, with view-only access, or as Collaborators, with privileges to view and annotate the document.

Active members and annotations
Switch between Active and All tabs to view document members. Use the search bar to find members and toggle their markup. Enable 'Unique annotation color' to identify each author's annotations easily.

Presenting and following members
To follow active users, click their avatar directly on the canvas. If their avatar is not visible, open the Member List dialog and select ‘Follow’ next to the desired member. Clicking on your own avatar or the ‘Spotlight Me’ button in the Member List lets active members know that you are presenting, allowing them to follow your cursor. Whilst presenting, the number of followers can be viewed for greater visibility during collaboration.

Live cursor settings
Live Cursor settings can be accessed through the cog icon in the Member List or via App Settings. Options include configuring cursor labels to display as Full Name, Initials, or None. Additionally, when presenting or following other members, settings allow for hiding or fading other cursors, ensuring only the followed member's cursor is visible, avoiding distractions.

Unique annotation colors
Switching on the Unique annotation colors assigns a unique colour to each member of the document. This color is also reflected on the annotations they’ve made on the document. Note that this means annotation colors on the document are not their true colors but rather their colour assigned to the member who has made them.
