How to merge PDF documents in Drawboard PDF

In the iOS and Mac apps…

To merge a whole document with another document:

Open the first document that you would like to merge
Open the pages panel from your canvas
Tap select at the bottom of the pages panel
Tap Select All
Select either Copy or Cut
Go to your dashboard and select the second document that you would like to merge with
Open the pages panel
Tap Paste (at the bottom of the pages panel)
Select either Paste before selection or Paste after selection

How to split a PDF document in Drawboard PDF

In the iOS and Mac apps…

To split a PDF document:

Open the document that you would like to split
Open the pages panel from your canvas
Select the pages that you would like to extract. You can do this by either tapping select from the bottom of your pages panel and then selecting the pages you would like to extract OR by holding command on your keyboard and then selecting pages
Once you have selected your pages tap Cut from the bottom of your pages panel
Go to your dashboard
Go to Create. In the iOS app, tap the green plus icon button in the top right corner of your canvas
Tap From Clipboard

Your Cut pages will then appear in a new document that you can save and edit

In the iOS and Mac apps…

A copy of your page will now appear in the pages panel.

To batch delete pages in the iOS and Mac apps…

Open the pages panel from your canvas
Select the pages that you would like to delete. You can do this by either tapping select from the bottom of your pages panel and then selecting the pages you would like to extract OR by holding command on your keyboard and then selecting pages
Once you have selected your pages tap Delete from the bottom of your pages panel
