It might be that you are attempting to manipulate a page on your cloud documents(documents that have been uploaded to the cloud). Unfortunately, we only support page manipulation for local documents, not cloud documents.
Alternatively you can still do page manipulation on local documents by following the steps below:
- Export your documents that have been uploaded to the cloud
- Open that document locally on the Drawboard Windows app
- Click Document options from your Left Hand Side menu > Page Manipulation
