This article confirms the ability to record Drawboard PDF through a popular recording app called OBS.
OBS isn't able to use Windows Capture to record apps from the Microsoft Store by default, however you fix this by doing the following:
- Turn off "Game Mode" on your PC (optional)
- Close fully, both Drawboard PDF and OBS programs
- Open OBS first, then Drawboard PDF.
- Note that OBS can now capture Drawboard PDF through Windows Capture.
