The issue:
There are times where a PDF might not have been created properly and result in Drawboard PDF not being able to read certain elements.
Sometimes, the presence of such attachments prevents the entire document from being displayed in Drawboard PDF as well.
This has been observed especially on:
- Embedded files
- Files downloaded through secure networks (eg. school, work)
An example of this would be a table that normally appears as such:

The solution:
You can easily resolve this issue by 're-printing' the PDF from any web browser or any other app that can view the objects properly.
- Open the PDF in the desired app.
- Print via Ctrl + P and save the document.
- Now open the newly saved document in Drawboard PDF and notice that it is resolved.
