Drawboard Projects offers Single Sign-On (SSO) for customers on the Enterprise tier. With SSO, end-users will only need to use one set of credentials across their applications for improved IT security and control.
SSO and Drawboard Projects
Drawboard Projects currently supports the following Identity Providers (IdPs):
- SAML 2.0
- Azure Active Directory
- Active Directory / LDAP
- Google GSuite
SSO can only be enabled at the email domain level, as opposed to the account level.
Example: SSO is enabled for the company domain (@xyz.com). When a user with that domain (ex: john@xyz.com) attempts to log into Drawboard Projects, the user will be redirected to the organization's login page where you can login using your company credentials. Any other project members who do not have the same email domain, would need to log into Drawboard Projects through the regular login flow.
