To download multiple items in your drawing list and prepare for offline work:
- Open the Drawings tab.
- Tap the 'bulk actions' button at the top right of the Drawings list to activate the multi-select check boxes.
- To download select drawings: select the individual drawings you want to save to the device for later viewing while offline and tap the 'download' icon at the top left corner of the list. Then select 'Download # drawings` to complete the action.
- To download entire drawing list: tap the 'download' icon at the top left corner of the list. Then select 'Download all` to download all drawings in the project.
