This usually affects users who are:
- Trying to upgrade to PRO but seeing the wrong currency or being prompted for a payment option despite already having a valid one
When you try and upgrade to PRO within the app, a Microsoft Store window will come up. This window is a purchase window and requires some of your information (Credit card, address, country etc)*. The region settings are set by the region of your device in the device settings.
The result of this is that the store often will tell you that you cannot enter your Credit Card details or your address because it is not in the right region.
- Experiencing long/slow loads of the app
For some users, slow loading has been observed for users with non-matching Account/Device regions.
How to change your device's region/location settings:
Ensure you device's region/location is the same with your account's region/location
- Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.
- Under Country or region, select your new region. You can change it back any time.
