No, the app has not been removed, in fact we currently publish the app to every market where the Microsoft Store is available and paid apps are supported!
However, sometimes after an app is updated, the store may not find it or reports that it has been removed from the store. To fix this issue, you may need to reset the cache for the store on your device by following the below instructions.
- Close the Microsoft Store app (either using Task Manager or by dragging it from the top to the bottom half of the screen and holding for a few minutes
- Right click (or tap and hold) on the Windows icon in the bottom left of the screen
- Select "Run"
- Type in "wsreset" without the caps lock and then press Enter
