If you have been given a coupon code as a part of a promotion, the instructions below will allow you to enter it inside of the Drawboard Projects Web app and take advantage of the discount.

For new users

Free Trial

Once you register for a Free Trial, you will be assigned to the Standard Monthly plan on a full access trial period. You can track the details of your trial period in the Subscriptions tab in the Web Application.

You can access the Subscriptions menu by clicking on your name in the bottom left corner, and then Subscriptions.

In order to apply a coupon code to continue using Drawboard Projects beyond the trial period, head to the Subscriptions page (or select "Upgrade now") in the Web application and select the Basic Monthly plan.

You will then be re-directed to our payment portal where you can enter all of your billing and payment information securely, as well as input your coupon code on the right side of the screen under the Order Summary. Once you have entered in all of your details, including clicking Apply on the Discount Code box, then click Subscribe at the bottom of the page to complete the transaction.

For existing users

Expired trial

Even if your free trial has expired in the past, you will still be able to log in to Drawboard Projects with your username and password.

In order to apply a coupon code to a Drawboard Projects subscription renewal, navigate to the Subscriptions page in the Web application and select the Basic Monthly plan (see screenshot below).

You will then be re-directed to our payment portal where you can enter all of your billing and payment information securely, as well as input your coupon code on the right side of the screen under the Order Summary. Once you have entered in all of your details, including clicking Apply on the Discount Code box, then click Subscribe at the bottom of the page to complete the transaction.
