Permissioning is currently supported only at the Project level in Drawboard Projects. We are continually trying to strike a balance between flexibility and simplicity in Drawboard Projects, and our experience tells us that managing user permissions can quickly get complex and confusing. For this reason, permissioning is currently only supported at the Project level.
If you'd like to give access to specific information, we recommend creating a new Project, adding the drawings and documents there, and then inviting users to that Project as you like.
As always, we count drawings and documents as the number of files you have access to at the User level. This means that your plan will not be affected by how many Projects you are a member of, as long as the total number of drawings and documents within them is under your Drawboard Projects plan limit.
In addition, inviting project partners with temporary Guest Access (which is free and unlimited to paid subscriptions) is also a good option for providing visibility to your work without creating a spiderweb of permissioned projects.
