If the education pricing doesn’t appear automatically after logging in with your student email, there are two possible reasons:
1. Your education domain isn’t verified
If your domain hasn’t been verified yet, you’ll need to contact our support team to complete the verification. Please submit a support ticket, and our team will guide you through the next steps. We’ll do our best to review your application as quickly as possible.
2. Your education offer has already been claimed by another account
This can happen if you used Apple Sign-In with a hidden email (via “Privaterelay”). In that case, your original education email may have already claimed the discount. When you sign in with the hidden email, it won’t allow you to claim the offer again. To solve this, you can add your original email as a secondary email in your account and you should be able to access the education pricing again.
