How to Get Your Discount

For most eligible students, the discount is applied automatically right within the app.

1. Log in to our Web App or Windows App.
2. Be sure to sign up or log in with your verified student email address provided by your school (e.g., an email ending in .edu, .ac.uk, or your institution's specific domain).
3. Navigate to the upgrade or pricing page.
4. You should see the special education pricing automatically:
   • Pro Plus: $10 one-off payment
   • Pro Unlimited: $20 one-off payment

Your discounted plan is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, as long as you can verify your education email.

Don't See the Discount?

If the education pricing doesn’t appear automatically after logging in with your student email, there are two possible reasons:

1. Your education domain isn’t verified
If your domain hasn’t been verified yet, you’ll need to contact our support team to complete the verification. Please submit a support ticket, and our team will guide you through the next steps. We’ll do our best to review your application as quickly as possible.

2. Your education offer has already been claimed by another account
This can happen if you used Apple Sign-In with a hidden email (via “Privaterelay”). In that case, your original education email may have already claimed the discount. When you sign in with the hidden email, it won’t allow you to claim the offer again. To solve this, you can add your original email as a secondary email in your account and you should be able to access the education pricing again. 

Eligibility and Offer Details

• Who is eligible? You must be a current student, teacher or staff with a valid email address from your institution.
• How long is the discount valid? The plan gives you full access for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• What if I don't have a student/education email? If your institution does not provide a student email address, please submit a ticket mentioned above. In your request, please provide an alternative proof of your enrollment, such as a dated student ID or a letter of enrollment. Our support team will review your case.

1. What is the student offer? The student offer is a special plan where eligible students can get a 3-year license for a one-time payment.

• Pro Plus: $10 (Normally $83.92 per year)
• Pro Unlimited: $20 (Normally $159.99 per year)

This represents a significant saving for students.

2. How is my eligibility verified? When you sign up, we ask you to provide a valid email address from your educational institution. The discount is only active while we can verify that the email address belongs to you.

3. Do you check my status again after I sign up? Yes. To ensure the discount remains fair for everyone, we periodically re-verify your student email address. If we can no longer confirm your eligibility, your discounted license may be suspended.

4. What if I lose access to my student email? If you graduate or otherwise lose access to your student email address, you will no longer be eligible for the Education Discount. You will still have the option to upgrade to a regular license to continue using the app without interruption.

5. Does the plan auto-renew? No, this is a one-time payment for a 3-year license, not a recurring subscription. If you are still an eligible student when your plan ends, and the offer is still available, you may purchase it again.

6. What if my degree is longer than 3 years? We set the plan length to 3 years to match the average degree duration and keep the offer simple. If your course is longer, you can purchase another student plan once your current one expires, provided you are still eligible at that time.

7. Does one license cover all my devices? Yes, your license applies to every platform the app is available on, including our Web, Windows, Apple, and Android apps.

8. How do I collaborate with group members? Simply add your file to the app, then select "Share" from the document manager. This will generate a link you can send to collaborators, allowing everyone to mark up the document in real-time.

9. What happens if I have the old student license (50% discount)?

Your pro-rated credit from your previous subscription will be automatically applied when you upgrade.

• If you are on the old Pro Lite student discount: You can upgrade to the new Pro Plus or Pro Unlimited plan. If your existing credit covers the full cost of the new plan, you will not need to pay anything extra. Please note that any remaining credit after the upgrade cannot be refunded.
• If you are on the old Pro Plus student discount: You can upgrade to the Pro Unlimited plan using your pro-rated credit. If your credit covers the full cost, no additional payment is required.

10. What types of students is this app for? Our app has a diverse feature set that supports all degree types.

• Engineering & Architecture students can calibrate, measure, and build their drawings quickly and accurately.
• STEM students can build equations, insert and label diagrams, and add audio notes for complex topics.
